my bro threw on that Icon Stage 1 lift and did the pinch weld mod on his Titan. His tires now are 285/70/17 Toyo Open Country ATs.

He's really curious, what tire size could the car take now? He wants to know how big the limit might be!

Hmm, you can consider around the 34" range either 295/70R17 or 305/65R17 if you want both clearance and capability. For the upgrade :)

With the Icon Stage 1 lift and pinch weld mod, he could likely fit up to 33" tires without rubbing, he might be able to go a bit bigger, but it's a pretty tight squeeze
 
Absolutely! I'm on the same page. With the Icon Stage 1 lift and a little modification to the pinch weld, those 33s should fit perfectly without any rubbing issues. You might even be able to go a bit bigger, but honestly, it would be a snug fit and you'd probably have to do some extra trimming or play around with the offset. Just keep that in mind
