I'm not too fond of the stock running boards on my Titan. They seem pretty bulky and tend to get in the way. Has anyone replaced theirs with something more compact or done any modifications to make them slimmer? I'd really appreciate hearing what worked for you or any other suggestions.

What'd you think about board brackets and aftermarket slim boards or just rock sliders for max ground clearance, check out brands like AMP Research or N-Fab, they make some clean, low profile options that bolt right on

You're not alone.. my brother-in-law felt the same way! He swapped his for a set of aftermarket nerf bars and they definitely look a lot sleeker and more practical for just getting in and out without being so intrusive. He considered trimming the plastic on the stock boards too, but honestly, I couldn't imagine how that would look!

Stock running boards are often more about looks and liability than function...half the time, they reduce ground clearance and just collect road grime instead of helping anyone get in

hi! have you checked out Nerf Bars or Hoop Steps? they're known to be much slimmer than traditional running boards
They offer a step without the full board profile and often tuck closer to the truck. Many brands like N-Fab, Westin, or Go Rhino make these
