Fixing a cracked overhead console

I swapped out my busted overhead control console in under 30 mins, and I am so proud of myself, it was a straight plug-n-play, one's just gotta squeeze those metal clips right and you're golden, I even moved my white LEDs over...easy win!

Honestly I was bracing for a hassle, but it all clicked into place, reusing the LEDs felt like a small but satisfying touch

Curious though, did you stick with an OEM console or try an aftermarket one? I've seen some people swap in upgraded versions with extra features, wondering if you thought about going that route.
