App to control heat on steering

I remember having this option to control the heat on my steering wheel and seats, this icons would appear on the dash.
then i needed to get something fixed, something to do with the fuel and when i got the car back, that start screen with the icons are gone!

Would anyone know what this app or program was ?

Pretty sure that's part of the NissanConnect. Did you get a reset on the BCM? It might cause some of your features to disappear but you can get them back with your scan tool, no worries.
