The manual passenger seat in the Titan doesnt fold flat from the factory, and unfortunately there isnt a simple conversion kit available. Some have modified the seat brackets or swapped in a power seat from a higher trim to get that function, but it usually involves custom work. If comfort on long trips is the goal , adding a seatback cushion or looking into aftermarket reclining seat options might be easier.
