When do you replace the front struts?

I've got the original KYB struts, got about 120,000 km on them, and they've been on there for about 8 years.

No leaks so far and they seem fine but I don't drive the Titan that much so it's hard for me to tell. should I go ahead and replace them for peace of mind or run them until they leak? Let me know your thoughts!

With that mileage and age, your KYB struts are definitely nearing the end of their typical service life. Manufacturers recommend to replace around 80,000 - 100,000 KM or after 5 - 7 years.. You might not perceive the degradation but I bet you'd notice how getting new struts would make a significant difference in ride quality, handling and braking performance! It's good to be proactive to maintain your Titan and don't wait for a leak!

Even without leaks, at 120,000 km and 8 years, I agree with @andersontrooper that your KYB struts are definitely due for replacement!
The internal damping could be significantly reduced, even if you can't tell from your limited driving.
And yeah, you'll also likely notice a positive difference in ride quality and control!

Fresh struts might give you peace of mind but I don't think it's urgent unless you can feel something wrong with the tires? I don't know. Just my two cents.
